In the course of a seventeen year career, Paula has launched over thirty integrated campaigns for clients such as AT&T, “Got Milk?”, CVS Pharmacy, Chase Home Finance, Suave, Quiznos, and Red Lobster.
Prior to founding La Kart Paula spearheaded the groundbreaking multicultural efforts for Amway, a $12 billion global company. Paula was responsible for all advertising, sponsorships and grass roots efforts successfully activating MLS, WPS sponsorships and athlete endorsements. Paula has been involved in over 100 experiential activations that include Latin Grammy’s, Alianza de Fútbol, 3-v-3 tour, among many others.
Aside from loving what she does, Paula enjoys experiencing various cultures and has traveled to many parts of the world. Her most memorable trip was a safari to Kenya’s Masai Mara.

As a member of La Kart Marketing Melissa brings 20 years of expertise to every client and project she leads while successfully mentoring our growing team of talent. Until recently, Melissa supported various non-profit clients as Marketing Director. She successfully conceived of and launched a multichannel acquisition program for Two Coyotes Wilderness School in Connecticut which was pivotal to it's success.
Melissa served as Vice President of Program Marketing for Citigroup leading efforts for the Hispanic Marketing Strategic Business Unit and their general market Citicards Acquisition program. Melissa’s recognitions include: Citi Star Team Award for best acquisition performance tracking 70% YOY and Citi Star Player Award for going 'above and beyond’ in every program she led.
Melissa earned her stripes working for some of the worlds largest ad agencies: Ogilvy & Mather, Young & Rubicam (The Bravo Group) and Draft Worldwide. There, she led successful & innovative marketing campaigns for clients that include: AT&T, Bank of America, Duracell, Citigroup, Zocor, Sears, JCK Jewelry and Spa/Medi-Spa Events.
